Connecting Businesses and Building Community
The DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce will hold an Evening Exchange event, connecting local businesses, nonprofits and other community leaders on Thursday, September 18, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The free Evening Exchange will feature an introduction of the inaugural Leadership DeSoto Alumni Class, an opportunity for networking, as well as an update on new businesses and projects around DeSoto County. The Turner Center will showcase some of its new features and amenities.
Hosted by DeSoto Economic Development, the event takes place at the Turner-Agri-Civic Center, 2250 NE Roan St., Arcadia, across from the DeSoto County High School Guests will also enjoy free hors d’oeuvres, door prizes and a cash bar. The event is open to Chamber members and prospective members.

The DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce represents businesses that support the community with goods, services, and jobs.
The DeSoto County Economic Development department works cooperatively with dozens of local, state, and federal agencies to serve businesses with the tools and resources industry needs to flourish. The team also promotes tourism in the community to support local businesses and enhance the tax base.
