Come join DeSoto County Emergency Management on June 3, 2025, along with many other agencies you may need to connect with in the event of a hurricane, at the 2024 DeSoto County Hurricane Expo at the Turner Agri-Civic Center, 2250 NE Roan St., Arcadia, FL.
Doors will open at 5:00 pm. Vendors will be set up with information regarding their services. Presentations begin at 6 pm.
This is a FREE event for vendors, residents and visitors. There will be speakers to provide information related to weather, safety, preparedness, and other pertinent topics. Concessions will be available for purchase.
FOR VENDORS
We would like to invite you to get your messages of hurricane safety and services out to Desoto County residents and visitors during our Annual Hurricane Expo.
We encourage you to bring displays, handouts and vital information for our community about what you are providing before, during or after a hurricane. All vendors will be given a 10×10 space(approximate), table, chairs and tablecloth (if needed). If you wish to display or demonstrate a vehicle of any kind let us know by stating below in the Product Information section.
