The Historic Heard Opera House hosts The Swamp Blues Band live on Saturday, November 21st, starting at 7pm.
Step deep into the heart of the Florida Everglades with The Swamp Blues Band, where old stories and forgotten songs come alive. From pioneers to rum‑runners, alligators to swamp angels, flooding legends to skunk apes — our music is built on the stories that shaped Florida.
Featuring gritty cigar‑box guitars, raw swamp rhythms, soulful vocals, and a killer harmonica player, our sound is pure Florida blues. As one fan put it:
“You guys are as polished as sandpaper.”
We perform throughout Southwest Florida and would love to bring the swamp to you. A couple of times a year we also host our Mud & Blues show at the Arts Bonita auditorium — an event you won’t want to miss.
