The City of Arcadia Municipal Airport hosts “Taco Tuesday” between 10:30am and 3:00pm every Tuesday.
Most Tuesdays, there are 4 food trucks that participate – American Burrito Co, Fruitopia LLC, Smoking Bear BBQ and Taqueria Queretaro LLC. Occasionally, there is a change.
The Arcadia Municipal Airport is located at 2269 SE AC Polk Jr Dr.
Guests can enjoy lunch while watching the airplanes land and take off. Music is provided by Keith Mathys to enjoy. Picnic tables are located under the shade tree and in the pavilion.
There are typically about 100 landings and take offs, this number varies with the weather. The Airport also reduces their fuel price by .10/gallon during the event.
