NFM Lending, a residential mortgage direct loan company, recently opened its doors in DeSoto County.
The DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday morning at the company's location, 16 S. Monroe St., Arcadia, FL, 34266, in Arcadia's historic district.
Rob Stettler and Dave McLaughlin run the DeSoto County branch. They also have offices in Sarasota.
“We like meeting people face to face and wanted to put an office out here where we can meet with people,” Stettler said. “We're excited to have this location here and to work with everybody.”
“We’re big on community and family,” McLaughlin added. “We loved all the people out here. We like working with people and helping with financial literacy, what it means to own a home, get a mortgage, and to build credit.”
